Refund Policy

Automatic refunds for failed generations

Credits are only deducted for successful generations. If a generation fails for any technical reason, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically and immediately — no action needed on your part.

One-time credit packs — non-refundable

Credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly at purchase and are non-refundable once granted. Credits from one-time packs never expire, so you can use them at any time.

Subscriptions — non-refundable

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and its monthly credits stay available until the end of the current billing period. The current period is not refunded, and unused monthly subscription credits expire when the period ends.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first with your account email and order number — we resolve billing issues directly. Payments are processed by our payment provider; disputes raised through your bank or card network are handled per the provider's policies. This policy does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
